Well, it is a good decision to pursue your UG abroad specifically because you can gain international exposure as well as build an international network. Building an international network should be the most important factor for you because you belong to a family that has a business in imports. My advise to you is, pursue a BBA course from US from a reputed university and pursue a MBA or Masters in international business from US itself. The money spend will definitely be worth provided you pursue the same from a reputed university.

Even though TOEFL is the preferred medium of examination in US, IELTS is very much accepted by US universities that the visa authorities. Don't worry. Go ahead and apply.

Even if you manage a score above 750, it is difficult to pursue MBA within 20,00,000 without getting a scholarship. There are very very less universities which have a good reputed and have a tuition fee as low as 20,00,000 for the MBA program. The best thing that you can do is score well in the GMAT, frame a good scholarship essay and apply for for scholarships.
