Your MBA qualification in HR field should be sufficient for making a career in private sector Personnel, Admin & HR streams. However, if you did your MBA many years back ,I would suggest you to do MBA again this time with specialization in Operations to have the latest inputs/ theories of management technologies. I also suggest you to speak to Symbiosis at Pune. I am not very sure but I have heard that they have started a new career development course in MBA with specialization related to some stream of Navy.
