NLUs are the best ones in the nation, followed by colleges like BHU, GLC-Mumbai, ILS-Pune, New Law College, etc.
Symbiosis, Jindal, KIIT, Christ, Amity, etc. are also quite good.

Yes, you can prepare for IAS.
This is the right time to prepare for and decide for IAS as well.You have enough time to prepare. But you can apply for the exam only after finishing your graduation.
Eligibility criteria:
- Indian Citizenship
- Graduation from a Govt. recognized university.
- Age of 21 to 30 years.
- If you are OBC and SC/ST category then you have age relaxation of 3 years and 5 years respectively.

Both fields have better scope in future. If I have to select any one from both then I will opt for VFX because, in India, VFX has more scope than 3D animation.
