You can do it from a private institute but from a government, it is too tough. You can apply for Ph.D.

You can do MCA after completion of both BCA and B.Sc. Computers. I recommend you to take BCA instead of B.Sc. Because you can learn more things and basics.

You should option for Computer Engineering/ Software engineering if you are interested in cyber security. Cyber Security is a very promising field to dive into. Across industries cyber risk is a major concern as all the important data are becoming more and more in digital form. To protect from any fraud Cyber Security comes to play.
Growth is enormous in the field and is easy to dive into if you are genuinely interested.

However, as per your rank, you will not get a seat in any government colleges.

Start preparing for GATE after the 5th semester.
First of all, give 6 months for the self-preparation.
Then join any coaching institution in the 7th semester.

Your class 12th marks have least impact on your placements. All that would matter is your CV, grades and work ethics.

It is not very easy to get a seat with your rank, so please keep an eye on the vacancies.

For MBA in India, you have to clear either CAT or MAT with good percentile in order to get A rated colleges of India.

B.Sc is a 3-years degree course in India. And, you are in final year, so of course, you are eligible.

If this is your rank under stream-2, then your chances of getting admission will be low. Nearly, 500 TNR ranks will be only called on June 22, you may not get a seat in the first round of counselling.
so if there are any vacancies then you may get a seat . you can get the courses like chemical , civil , mechatronics etc
