Doing class 12th from CBSE is really good as the personality and vocabulary of CBSE students are better than Madhya Pradesh Boards. Also, the level of education and knowledge is also higher than Madhya Pradesh Board.
But, the main problem is you have to take admission in class 11th in CBSE to continue in class 12th. No CBSE schools will admit you directly in class 12th.

Hi Anjali,
This a personal choice you have to make. Whether you must do MBBS or B.Sc Biology will depend on your career plans and interests. If you want a career in Biology only you may opt for B.Sc Biology. If you want to be a doctor clear the NEET.

First of all my advice to you is don't drop out because drop is not a solution at all. You've scored very well in NATA and even in boards also.
Apply for top colleges who know your luck shines and you get admitted in the top college of architecture.
Apply for top colleges first and then go for average.
All the best for your bright future.
Good luck!
