Their minimum salary will be in the range of Rs. 10,000/- to Rs.15, 000/- in the initial training period. After their initial training, the salary will get increased. Also, they will be provided with extra benefits as well. A post graduate in M.Sc. can also work as a lecturer in any of the Universities and can earn a minimum salary of Rs. 25, 000/- per month.

Yes, you can, but in below average colleges. Do you think any good college (with sane admission officers) will give you admission when you have had 13 backlogs?
Secondly, will you be able to manage western education if can't even do well in the Indian education system?In order to secure admission to any university for any given course (applicable universally), you need to check the course requirements which vary from country to country and university to university. My friend has done my MBA in marketing from SIMS, I am not sure about the 7.75 LPA figure but I will be a little more modest here and say 6.5-7.5 LPA is the average package bracket. SIMS offers basically MBA specialization in 4 domains (Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations). One of these four will be your Majors. They also offer various minors subjects along with Majors (Minor Sub: Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, International Business, Operations, etc.).

According to the rankings by Indian government and quality of studies obviously, ITER-Bhubaneswar is the best. Indian govt. has given 16 ranking to SOA University (UEM). ITER is also granted second highest NAAC (UGC) CGPA. It has also a good no. of research paper published. Placement there doesn't need explanation. It is claimed to be 90 % above. The minimum package is 3.5 LPA. Professors are said to be best in quality. Many of them are ex researcher from known university from USA and London. So if you want to study, this is one of best place you can especially in this 2 given option of Heritage-Kolkata and UEM.
