BCA makes you adept at the application level of computers whereas B.Tech makes you proficient at the technical level (Software, Hardware, applications, etc. ). It depends upon your interest. After BCA for a better career, one should for MCA also but in the case of B.Tech. You can immediately look forward to the jobs in the industry. Both programs are having good opportunities. Yes you can do it, but their is only option for that I.e., giving the board exams of 12th and you don't have to attend classes. I think that it will be a wastage of time only because you have learn each and every thing again and requires lot of attention and time too.
