Before you have any further expectations, i would like to inform you that you are NOT eligible to pursue your further studies in Canada as the degree requirements by all universities in Canada is a 4 year degree or equivalent whereas your degree is of 3 years duration. It is highly recommended that you look for universities in UK and Australia. If you are still keen in pursuing your education in Canada, i would recommend pursuing a 1 year post graduate diploma in medical biophysics and then apply to Canadian universities.

As CS course is conducted twice a year you can register for the second session i.e if your result is coming somewhere in August -September of this year you can register in February next year (2011) for December 2011 Examination.
However, I would suggest you to consult the Institute once, in case they accept you on provisional basis.
