Hi,
Your question is a bit unclear. I would try to answer whatever i have understood from the question.
The tests that you would have to study for would be the TOEFL. there are no less expensive methods to study for the same. The only less expensive method would be studying on your own. If you take test preparation, agency rates would vary depending on the brand name of the agency.
Regarding scholarships, you can look into the scholarship being granted by TOEFL for Indian students. Once you take the TOEFL and score 100+, you would have to submit a scholarship essay and if TOEFL feels your a potential candidate, they would grant you the s

Hi,
Before you have any further expectations, i would like to inform you that you are NOT eligible to pursue your further studies in Canada as the degree requirements by all universities in Canada is a 4 year degree or equivalent whereas your degree is of 3 years duration. It is highly recommended that you look for universities in UK and Australia. If you are still keen in pursuing your education in Canada, i would recommend pursuing a 1 year post graduate diploma in medical biophysics and then apply to Canadian universities.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

Hi Arpit,
As CS course is conducted twice a year you can register for the second session i.e if your result is coming somewhere in August -September of this year you can register in February next year (2011) for December 2011 Examination.
However, I would suggest you to consult the Institute once, in case they accept you on provisional basis.
