Hi Hemant,
Although, there is a relaxation of 5% in the aggregate Graduation marks at the time of admission but whether or not their will concession to SC category students in their Fee structure it is a very specific question so, it would be better that you ask the University authorities to get the most accurate information.

Eligibility:
A candidate who has passed Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree from any recognised University with minimum 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of SC / ST candidate)
OR
The candidate in their final admission degree (Bachelor or Master) are also eligible to apply provided they complete their graduation requirement including practical Examination, Viva / assignments on or before a day of admission.
