Although, you have got a decent score but as the CAT percentile which Top Institutes are looking at goes as high as 99 to 100 percentile, it would be difficult for you to get into Top Institutes like IIMs. However, few of the Institutes which you may consider are: IFMR, IIFM, BIMTech, Kirloskar, IISWBM, Jaipuria, IIT ROORKEE, Delhi School of Economics (DU).

To pursue LL.B from a good University, the minimum eligibility is a degree program in any discipline from a recognized University. In most of the well reputed Law Universities, the study mode is through English medium which is in contrary to your education in Hindi medium.

As you have got a very low percentage so, it would not be possible to get into any B-School accepting CAT score. Advisable would be that you reappear for CAT next year and try and get into a decent college or try to get admission in some of the Private Institutions which either take direct admissions or take their own Entrance Examination which is of much easier level than CAT.
