Firstly, it is not advisable to go for a distance course if you are keen to pursue a career in law but then if you have to well in that case the eligibility criteria may differ for one institute to another.
There are not many Universities offering LLM through correspondence, but then the ones offering it, for those the minimum eligibility to apply to the course is a Bachelor degree in Law from a recognized University and with an aggregate of about 55%, but the same can vary as well.
