Hi,
There is no exact thermal engineering course but a Masters of mechanical engineering- Thermal Science track available.
Some of the universities offering this course are:
1) University of Southern California
2) University of Connecticut
3) San Diego State University
4) University of Texas at Austin
In order to apply to these universities, you need to score atleast 75% and above in your undergrad, a 1200+ score in the GRE and 90+ in the TOEFL.
