Hi Umer,
Getting Jobs in foreign country would totally depend on the Job Scenario of the country, Saudi although, is a healthy economy but Non - Saudi nationals get jobs only in the areas where they have shortage of skills as in where they want skilled workers in the areas like teaching, IT, Healthcare etc.
Although, if you get a good amount of work experience in the field of your expertise and then plan to move to any foreign country, things would be easier.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up

Not by bus. You can go by plane or ship.
Don't be surprised by this answer, as for general type of question, without knowing the purpose, anybody will give you only a general type of answer.
So, please be clear in your question, for what purpose you want to go to Germany, so that you can get appropriate answer. Nobody can guess whether you want to go as a tourist or as a student for higher education, or for a business, or for permanent settlement there.
