there is no hard and fast rule in case of private sector. you can get work experience certificate form the previous employer dated 8th onward. your PF statement also will show the period upto march. so you can certainly count your experience for three years.Good Luck

Hello Joelson,
It's great that you are almost completing your BCA within few months, now choosing your career means choosing your interest as well because you have to find passion and interest in your work to the highest point so that you can achieve success in that.
MCA is a better option for you from my perspective as you already have a computer bachelor degree and it will be easier for you to complete another higher degree in the same field and obviously that will increase you base skills and knowledge. it's always helpful to have a master on the same field. Last but not the least MCA people are earning good money in many IT sector,

* You need to first possess a Student Pilot License. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed 12th in Science (Physics and Mathematics) with 50%.
* Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
* You need to register at a flying club which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
* Next is Private Pilot
