It's great that you are almost completing your BCA within few months, now choosing your career means choosing your interest as well because you have to find passion and interest in your work to the highest point so that you can achieve success in that.
MCA is a better option for you from my perspective as you already have a computer bachelor degree and it will be easier for you to complete another higher degree in the same field and obviously that will increase you base skills and knowledge. it's always helpful to have a master on the same field. Last but not the least MCA people are earning good money in many IT sector, MNCs etc.
Now if you want to try MBA, there also you can opt for MBA on IT, or any other stream like marketing, finance, HR etc, but that will be a complete different sector altogether. There you need to be ready for the change you are going to get being outside of the core field.

To pursue PhD you need to pass master's / M.Phil. You need to sit for an entrance exam. For specific criteria and admission details you may contact the college officials directly.

As you wish to pursue the course along with your job you may go for correspondence option.

The basic eligibility to join interior design course is to pass 12th in any stream. There is no age limit. Admission will be on the basis of the score in the institute’s entrance exam and interview thereafter.

To become a commercial pilot :
* You need to first possess a Student Pilot License. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed 12th in Science (Physics and Mathematics) with 50%.
* Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
* You need to register at a flying club which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
* Next is Private Pilot License which includes sixty hours of flying. A Commercial Pilot Licence may be obtained only after a PPL and 250 hours of flying.
