As per your query it seems that you are currently in class 12th with science stream and your long term goal is to pursue MBA.
So regarding this please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be GRADUATE in ANY FIELD.
So as right now your emphasis should be on getting admission in good colleges for pursuing undergraduate program.
So do not worry you may surely pursue MBA if you complete your 12th from science stream.
I would suggest that once you complete your graduation you should work for 2-3 years and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program as it will further enhance your career prospects.
