Hi,
For all such software training courses like PHP .NET etc I would suggest that you should consider Institutes like NIIT, APTECH, High Technologies, & JTech. I would say preference should be given to NIIT if it does not have the course or have a branch in your area then you should consider the other Institutes.
For more information on Institutes providing PHP training courses, check the link below:

Also check with TOPS Technologies Pvt Ltd.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs

Zuha, you may like both the branches equally. If that is the case then evaluate yourself on the basis of the work that you will be required to perform after completing these courses. You will have to think about the same. If you have the nature of doing work successfully alone and have inclination to think different designs in your mind then you may opt for Architecture. If the thought of developing working models and inventing machines gives you thrills then go for Electronics. Don't include money as the parameter in your evaluation. It can be earned in any kind of field.

It costs around 30000 but this is not approved and recognized institute. doing mBA from here will not add any value to your career and will be wastage of your money
Better, you can go for other known and approved institutes like IMT, ITM, Amity, University of Madras, PTU etc. Do distance learning MBA if you are already working somewhere and has at least 3 years experience lese go for full time
