HI,ya,CCNA is very course in networking field.And also you get nice job,but CCNA is not best from MCSE.I m suggest to you doing MCSE is very course from every networking course.I am say that only you are doing MCSe course are best.You say that with b.tech,then it is also fine,but i m say that this is course are get a normal job and MCSE is more and much high job from CCNA,CCNN,CCNP etc.

If you want to do automobile engineering then you must have a relevant UG Degree either in Mechanical or Automobile engineering In India you may easily get the relevant engineering streams however there are various Universities in India or Abroad where you can try for the desired course. YOu should have good scores in 12th std in order to take admission UG engineering program.
