As you have 27 years of Experience I would suggest you to go for an EMBA program. Advisable is that you should opt for a regular full time EMBA which will give you an edge. However, if you can not go for regular program then you can opt for distance education or satellite programs provided by good B-Schools like XLRI & IIM Calcutta
