IPS i.e. Indian Police Services conducts an exam for all the aspirants and this exam is the UPSC exam and to the minimum qualification required to be eligible to write this course is to be a graduate degree from a recognized University .
The exam is conducted in two phases - Preliminary exam and the Main exam.

HI,you are doing BCA,then you are doing bca after MCA.It is better for your career.Mostly company are required that BCA after MCA.if you are doing MCA,then you go to full in software engineering field which top company are required at a time.Mostly student are doing MBA.It is also best and prefect course after BCA.since for get double degree for get better job and opportunity.If MBA is little hard from MCA.Because you have knowledge of which related computer field and MBA is totally accountancy field.I know that you are also know that account,but it is not must for MBA.I am advice that you doing MCA.You are make best software engineering.I am sure you are hard worker.

Many companies require cad/cam prefessionals to make designs. There are many simulation/ model making softwares like pro-e or catia used in mechanical industries. Specialization in such softwares will require your mechanical engg basics and also computer programming skills. Later on you can work as an 'software developer' who develops softwares to design/simulate mechanical aspects of any structure. This field is combination of both and also in demand. Companies like tata technology recruits mechanical engineers every year to run simulations of aeroplane designs. There are MS courses available abroad in many us universities which focus on this perticular field.

Well if you are not keen to pursue a M.Sc but prefer to go for a Management degree, I would advise you to go ahead with the course that interests you the most and you wish to pursue a career in the same. Opting for a Health Care Management in MBA is a good career option and is relative to your prior education . HI,If you are weak programming language,then i m say that only you are get better tuition or coaching from best place.I know that you are know that every thing in programming,but you are not know main point and small error.How to see small error ? and how to handle error ? etc. Because i am know that only full complete course/language and his/her thing that i am perfect and strong which is you like course or language.I am know that error handle.I am write every thing is correct ,but then not run programmer why ? Since i am not know small step how handle error ?
