I would say that the course which you should do should be a mix between the two like an MBA in marketing and finance. As a current student of MBA at the Delhi Business School who has done a dual degree in Finance and Marketing and is now placed at the HSBC Global services, I would like to say that. SAP and ERP like courses give your career a big Boost. i know because a was asked of lot of questions related to these in my interviews. So a dual in MBA Hr and Marketing from lets say DBS is ideal for you
I know for a matter of fact that of lot of MBa graduates do courses in SAP and ERP but I would like to say that at the Delhi Busines

There are no entrance exams to pursue MBA in US. You have to give 2 international standardized exams i.e. GMAT and TOEFL. The higher you score, the better are your chances of getting admission in a good university.
I would like to let you know there are not many universities in USA that accept a 3 year degree. If you want to apply to majority of universities in US, you should pursue a post graduate diploma of 1 year duration 1st and then apply. Also, a Full Time work experience of atleast 2 years is required by majority of the universities. I would suggest you to pursue a diploma, and work side by side and then apply after 2-3 years
