Since you have a IIT background, you can apply to the best universities offering MBA in the world. GRE and GMAT are both accepted for the MBA, however, the GMAT is always preferred. You should target a score above 700.
Regarding TOEFL, for the MBA, usually the requirement is 100. You should target a score above 100.

Most of the MBA Institutes require you to have a graduation. However, if you are looking for correspondence programs, as you have 24 years of Experience I think you would not face problems in going for Correspondence or for that matter even for part time programs.

Firstly you haven't mention details regarding your educational qualification making it difficult to provide you with relevant information. Yet as for the involvement of Maths goes in Journalism, it is at the minimum. Mostly required in field that deals in stock analysis, market understanding, statistical reviews. Journalism is more into communication and data interpretation to bring out information and with the help of mass media is spread among the masses. During the 2 spent with OCLD, we will take care of your stay. It could be anywhere in India i.e. when you are travelling outside Delhi for training or even if you are in Delhi for studies. There will be a stipend paid. Also for recruitment process, there are three stages of interviews which will include your background, your family background, your studies, your achievements, hobbies and interests, technical questions and general awareness.
