Surely there will be questions regarding those two academic years in job interview. But, you need to keep in mind that any interviewer judges your attitude and confidence first and then your technical abilities or academics. Companies do not expect much from BE graduates on technical front b' coz anyway there is almost a years training after you join. It all boils down to how confident you are at that moment. Do better in coming years and may be in interview you can say that' sir, i'm never let down by anything. I've improved so much afterwards. You can see my records now' :)

Yes you take Physcis which shall help you in the field of your related research.B.Sc (Physcis) in masters you can take M.Sc in Astronomy, M.Sc in Nuclear Physcis. Physcis has so many subjects which help us to do more research in the subject.

You can do BBA or BA Economics which will be great help to you. You need not to write the CAT exam now where you can write after you complete it your graduation. During the time of your graduation you can do CS,CA or ICWAi which are future career prospects. Select any one of the course of your choice which will be help to you.
You can also do a computer course which is an added advantage.
