As I have understood Ameer you had applied for UPSC civil exam earlier but made some errors in the form and submitted it. But, you did not gave the UPSC civil service preliminary exams. Do not worry at all. If you are applying for UPSC civil service again then buy the fresh form from the registered Post Office in your area. Take a xerox photo copy of the entire form. Fill that and then copy the details to the original. Submit the form and start your preparation. There would not be any problem. Wish you all the best and good luck for your studies and career ahead.
