Hi,
As far as Germany is concerned, the country is known for its technical advancements especially automobiles and mechanical. But it is not advised to pursue Bachelors from Germany as you might have to go for a 1 -1.5 year bridging course or you have to give an entrance exam conducted by the German university or you have to complete 1 year Bachelors in India.
So, as a friend, I would advice you to complete your bachelors in India and then pursue your masters from Germany.
But as you have asked, I would like to say that as mentioned above, there few institutes offering Bachelors in Automobile and related fields in Germany.
