Yes you would be eligible to apply once you have finished your Btech. However, you would require atleast 75% and above for good chances of admisison in this university. In addition, you would need to take the GRE test and target a score above 1300 atleast. This would really increase your chances of admisisom in this university. You would also be required to take 1 more international standardized test i.e. TOEFL. You would be required to score atleast 90+ in the TOEFL.

yse there is exam for 10+2 ie NDA exam,but u should enquire that if female candidate is allowed in that exam.In best of my knowledge femalle candidates are not permitted in NDA but still u should enquire.

IF you planning to do distance course, so IGNOU is good. Because their certificate is valid for further education, and this certificate is accept for job purpose also.
