Single sitting or Graduation in one year is hardly an option moreover it is not a recognized course and would be a risk to pursue because such a course has least of any value in the market.
I would suggest you to continue with your degree that you are enrolled with the IGNOU as the University (as mentioned by you earlier) and its courses are highly recognized.
