There are many institutes in India offering both the courses and the minimum eligibility for either of the courses remain similar that is a +2 pass with Science and Maths as the relevant subjects of study.

Although, the B-Schools you would get would largely depend on your Entrance Examination results, but few of the Good B-Schools in Lucknow are:

I would also like to add here that the salary package one earns would largely depends on ones own caliber and the capacity to perform. No doubt an institute plays an important role in getting you the job placements and most of the good institutes try and get the best companies on campus but, ultimately it lies in your hands that how you perform on the program and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of job interviews.

As you have mentioned that you look forward to pursue a career in Hotel Industry, you seem to be on a correct path. Hotel Industry is one of the most revenue generating industries in world and in India, it is not just because of the general tourism but because of the fact that our economy is growing in all respects whether politically, infrastructure wise, manufacturing wise, trading etc. All this directly or indirectly does effect the hospitality sector of the country.
