As per your query, I would say that whichever college you studying, would surely assist you with companies for your training as OJT (On-the-job-training) is a mandatory part of curriculum for all professional programs.
Apart from the assistance that your college might provide, I would suggest you to keep a track of IT companies and also regularly make individual efforts so as not to loose in the end. Well there are good number of IT companies like TCS, Infosys, Cisco, HCL, Satyam and many more that take students for training process.
I would also advice you to start working on traits like confidence, communication, personality devel

I would request you to please be more specific, however for your reference an integrated course of B.Tech and MBA degree is usually a five year course.
The candidates who are interested in entering the management field can opt for this course. Usually a B.Tech course is four years and pursuing an MBA will take two more years. But in an Integrated B.Tech + MBA, the student will get a Bachelors degree in Engineering and a Masters in Management in just five years, thus saving one crucial year.
In this way, the candidate can obtain the technical knowledge as well as managerial skill together with this course.
Good Luck.
All the Best.

For now, the Dual Degree Course which you have mentioned, i.e., B.Tech + MBA (Five - year course) is very rare and offered by very few colleges only.
Doing B.Tech + MBA 5 yr course is similar to pursuing MBA separately after graduation.
Please feel free to discuss more. Click on the thumbs up or mark it as the best, if you found this useful.

Public Relation is more of a media related course and not management. Therefor, the possibilities of an MBA in PR will be very less. Rather I would suggest you to go for a PG in PR from a good media institute.
Public Relation usually requires more of personality and communication skills, one needs to get his or her work done. Public Relations Officer is the face of the organisation and is responsible for the image of the organization. The person is responsible to be in touch with media and build the image of the company/product by sharing regular information, quotes etc.
Some of the good institutes for the same are:
IIMC
MICA

The eligibility criteria varies from college to college. Few ask for Maths as mandatory in 10+2 while others may even conduct an entrance examination.
I would also like to tell you that if you wish to proceed further with M.C.A after B.C.A in future, you would not be able to pick up masters in regular mode as Maths is strictly compulsory in class XII. In that case you may have to opt for distance M.C.A program.
So go accordingly. For your help I am sending you a link that can redirect you to the page wherein you can find the list of institutes offering BCA program across India. Go through each option individually and take a decision
