-Pursuing a course depends on the value addition it provides to your existing knowledge and skills.
-Before you pursue the diploma,I suggest that you check the course content and compare it with your graduation degree's course content.If the diploma adds to your knowledge,feel free to pursue it but if the course curriculum is a repetition of what you have already learnt in graduation,then there is no point in pursuing it.
- As for job prospects,a diploma in security and safety management will add to your qualification and can certainly help you to secure a job in India considering the booming infrastructure there is a demand of trained personnel in this field.
