M.Tech and MBA both have very good career options, it would be an injustice to compare both of them. Both of them have their own perks. You should choose one among them based on your interest and capability. M.Tech gives you more knowledge into technical sector and the ability to think new which can lead to innovation, this helps you very well if you're planning on growing your career towards tech sector. MBA helps you build a good career as well but into a different field I. e. Management jobs, and it helps you if you're planning on getting into Business world. M.Tech is highly reputed in the area of engineering and Technology, whereas MBA is popular in the area of Business Management. You are saying that you've less percentage in your BE, I don't know the reason behind that but if the reason is you are not interested in engineering, then it might be good for you if you don't choose M.Tech which deals with Technology again.
