There is no specific stream required for you to be eligible to pursue a successful career in design.The only skills that you may wish to develop on are your drawing/sketching, Imagination, creativity, innovation, colour usage , understanding & exploration of the material of concerned career etc.
Apart from this the basic eligibility for design courses is:
Diploma –Class 10th pass from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks.
Bachelor's Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
Post-graduation degree: Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks.

I would advice you to apply entering the details of both the exam scores. If you are found eligible enough you will surely get a call from the institute for the further process. CMAT scores are not accepted.

Hi Gourav, yes it is worthy to join Alliance , as you will get the faculties who are best in India and with experience more than 20 years in teaching as well as in corporate world and coming to ROI this year the salary package was more than the last year i.e average package is 6 lakhs per annum where as the highest package is 12 lakhs per annum it all depends how u perform in the exam and in the interview.
