All MNC and IT companies select students during campus placement in two steps:-
1. Written or online test.
2. Technical & HR round during personal interview.
To clear, written test, you must prepare aptitude, quantitative and logical reasoning (both verbal and non-verbal) questions through practice and mock papers. you can access these questions from various books and net like www.coolinterview.com www.vyomsworld.com etc.
To clear technical round, your knowledge of computer network, data structure, operating system, application interfaces, C+ and JAVA or DotNet will be tested. You will be asked to write small programs on C+ and JAVA/DotNet and then give logical reasoning of various statements,syntax etc. For HR interview, your communication skill, confidence, smartness and background will be tested.
You must be able to explain your minor and major project undertaken during 3rd & 4th year, your contribution in it and challenges faced during the implementation.
If you can prepare all above, you will be 100% selected.

Then you need to enroll in a college which has BCA course and affiliated to Delhi University .
If you are from science stream you should have math as your major subject with 60% score in 12th.
