Hi,
Yes you would be eligible. Even though they would prefer applicants coming from the same background, you would be eligible. However, i would like to let you know that MIT is one of the most competitive universities in USA. You have to have a very strong profile to get into this university. Atleast 78% and above in UG is required with a GRE score no less than 1400.

to pursue MBA in US, you are required to have a work experience of atleast 2 years and above. Apart from work experience, you are expected to have a UG degree of 4 years duration. Also, you are required to take the GMAT and TOEFL.

Total seats 226. (General-101)
Reserved: OBC (54); SC (30), ST (15)
Additional Seats are PH (6), CW (10), FS (10)

Admissions to BCA is generally given by a college according to the cut-off list prepared after receiving all applications. And to be very frank 49% is not enought o get into the top institutes or to those institutes having a history of high cut-offs. You can try to take admission at a paid seat there or go for those institutes with similar kind of cut-off percentage.
In addition to it, a few esteemed institutes in India has also a provision of entrnace exams for the same. But again they have a minimum percentage level in the eligibility criteria which unluckily is more than 49%.
