As shiksha is an education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance it would not be fair on our part to give our personal opinion or judgment about a particular Institute. However, ISBM is not recognized but any Educational body in India, like UGC, AICTE or DEC.
Few of things which you should keep in mind while choosing an Institute are: First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), secondly the course curriculum and the study material, the infrastructure, whether there is faculty or online support or not, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and get few of the alumnae contacts. IGNOU, NIIT Imperia are few of the institutes in which you can try for EMBA.
However advisable is that you should go for a full time EMBA from Institutes like IIMs but if you are planning for correspondence do check the above mentioned criterion. For more information please check the link below:

The Basic criteria is to have cleared tyour 12th and the selection to the reputed Hotel management institutes is made through an entrance test like the Reputed IHMs conduct an entrance called IHMCT JEE for the Hotel Management aspirants right after completing their+2.
