There are other requirements too beyond grades, you will also require work experience, GMAT and IELTS scores. For admissions in any good university you must have a first class.

Always remember, you should pursue a stream/course based on two things :
-your career goal
-the type of job you want to do
B.Tech. is a professional Bachelors' degree program whereas B.Sc. is only an academic Science graduation course.
