You need to have 4 years of Bachelor degree in releated field to do Master in Electronics. Normally in USA Electrnics subjectes are covered under Electrical Engineering so you might not find exact word of Electrnoic Engineering in major Universities in USA but you need to select Electrical for same. Fee Structure is as follows:
For PGDBM its Rs 25,000 For Complete Course,(To be paid in two installments i.e Rs 15,000 & Rs 10,000)
And For PDHRM I Guess its Rs 15,000 For Complete Course
Do Add Rs 1100 For Prospectus And Rs 1000 as registration fee
There are Fee Concessions For Active Defence/Police Personnals.

Choosing a career option or a career field would largely depend on your own interests and career aspirations. You have two options you can either go for a job in various banks and other financial Institutes or can go for further studies. According to me I feel that you should go for further studies as a job after BBA would not yield really high results in terms of salary and designation. Good Universities in US require for MBA admission atleast 2 to 4 years of managerial work experience, 4 years of Bachelor degree - which you have and good GMAT score, work reference, strong SOP and recommendation letter.
