Yes you can pursue satellite programs by XlRI provided you meet the eligibility and admission criteria of XLRI which is to have a graduation degree from recognized University & to clear their Personal Interview.

You should pursue a masters 1st. If you start working, you may not want to be in a position to study again. However, im not saying that working would not be a good option. If you feel by gaining a few years of experience, you would be adding value to your profile, you should do that. But, the best option would be to pursue a masters directly after your btech.

Hi,
First of all i would like to let you know that there is so specialization as "business". As far as i can understand, you are referring to international business.
You should pursue your MBA from UK as US universities majorly require a 4 years degree whereas your degree is a 3 year degree. Also, your percentage is good enough to apply in UK schools, US schools usually require 75% and above.
Regarding Harvard, it would not be possible to get admission with 60%.
I would also like to let you know that if you want to pursue MBA from a good university, you should work for atleast 3-5 years and then apply for the MBA.
