There is no stipulation as to the minimum percentage that a student should get at the 10 + 2 examination. Just a pass at the examination is sufficient.

Hi Padmanabhan, there are about 50 countries in Europe. Kindly specify any one country where you would like to study.
Since you have asked the question under France, I will give you details of course in this country. A PGDiploma may not be available. The courses on offer are generally all Masters. Also, no course in pure instrumentation. Though there are lots related to electronics and specialised ones. If you would like I ll pass on the details. Do let me know.

as you a govt. employee then you can't do Regular MBA . so you can do distance MBA.
I am giving you the name of some Universities which offer Distance MBA as follows:
1) IGNOU
2)SCDL(SIMBIOSIS COUNSIL FOR DISTANCE LEARNING)
3) SMU(SIKKIM MANIPAL UNIVERSITY)
