In order to take admission in Germany in MS in IT program you must have a good Bachelors degree in the relevant field i.e BE/ Btech , BSc Computer Science/ IT etc. Most of the German Universities ask for GRE score so it's advisable to Indian students to give GRE in advance so that you can easily apply for the admission also TOEFL / IETLS score is applicable if program is taught in English language.

If you are keen to pursue M.tech after the completion of B.tech, although the minimum percentage will depend on the institute in specific to your preference and interest but in most of the institutes the basic requirement is of a minimum 60% in B.tech.
