Hi Dear,
In order to take admission in Germany in MS in IT program you must have a good Bachelors degree in the relevant field i.e BE/ Btech , BSc Computer Science/ IT etc. Most of the German Universities ask for GRE score so it's advisable to Indian students to give GRE in advance so that you can easily apply for the admission also TOEFL / IETLS score is applicable if program is taught in English language.
These are the universities where you can try :-RWTH Aachen University , Chemnitz University of Technology , Freiberg University of Mining and Technology , University of Giessen , Hamburg University of Applied Sciences , University of Konstanz , Munich University of Technology , University of Berlin.

HI,Oracle and sap course are both different each other ,but very demanded course are both in company.At a time few database are very demanded in every company such that Oracle,MYSQL,SQL 200,2003,2008 etc.Oracle is best from every database at a time and also demanded is more from another database in company.I am say that you are doing any database course,then you doing only oracle is best.Now see sap course are also very much better course from every course or degree.At a time in every company are high demanded course in India and abroad.sap course have 32 or 42 module approx.And also per module is very important in job or company.At a time in every company are required that sap HR,SAP CRM,SD(Sale distributions)CO(Control Operation)Chain supply and also finance etc.This module are very demanded in every company.But main point that which is better from both ?
I am advice that Oracle database is always is top,not down in any market or company,but sap course(very highest demanded course)may be down for reason company.I am say that only you are doing Specialization in Oracle.if you have much money,then you are doing Sap course.
