dont do it ,its f road ,few days back there VC was in jail dont attempt to do phd from there they have very poor reputation in market

You should have to go for MBA if willing to work with company otherwise do MA eco for teaching

U can do m tech from MM university Mullana Ambala part time / full time only after that u can do PHD

There are some rare institute for hotek management inwich one of them MM University Mullana Ambala You can got a good apportunity if you will be a master fo your field

It is good PGDM from IGNOU . You can also do this from Symbosis and fi you want to go for a good job then you should have to join ICFAI

It is neither possible abroad nor in India as you need to have a masters "degree" in the same field that you want to pursue your PHD in. Diplomas are not considered incase of PHD degrees. Infact, if you do not have a bachelors degree but a diploma, you are not even eligible to apply for a masters degree.

No there is no problem you ave to take test for state university

You can apply for MCA through Distance Education also and also get admission for Universities other than WB. Only thing is you need to give Entrance Exam.

HII, u have to apply for CAT / MAT type exams these are top level for getting admission in top colleges.

Apart from JECA there are various other all India Entrance for MCA which are excepted by reputed Institutes of Indian, located in different states.
