Hi,
Generally, scores that are 2-3 years old are considered. Scores older than that are usually not considered and the student has to retake the GRE. There is a possibility that the university may consider your score and there is also a possibility that the university may ask you to retake the GRE. You should take the GRE right now. There is no harm in taking the test right now even if it is not considered at the time you apply. Maximum you would have to do that time would be to take the GRE again in the new format.
I would also request you not to keep reposting the same questions again and again as i have already answered this question

GIRISH SESHAMANI

It is very common to see mid level executives, quitting their jobs, to do a full time, one year MBA program, for working executives. Age is never a barrier. I would go one step further and say, it will help you, to understand concepts, from a practical perspective. I recall my professor telling me, when I was doing my MBA, that housewives are the best managers. By all means go ahead, and wishing you all the best.
