Advisable is that you should go for a full time MBA program as it not only gives you good practical exposure but also helps you getting good placements. However, as you are pursuing your CA alongside, you can opt for a distance MBA program but keep in mind few things before selecting your Institute which are: First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), Secondly the course curriculum and the study material, The infrastructure, The no. of classes provided in case it is a correspondence program, Whether there is faculty or online support or not, Last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and talk to the current batch students and get few of the alumnae contacts.

Hi Ruchir,
To do a PhD program you need to have a Masters Degree with 50% and above aggregate marks from a recognized University. As yours is Post graduate Diploma program I am really doubtful as to whether you would be able to do a PhD program or not. I would suggest you to check with few of the universities giving PhD programs that whether your diploma would be acceptable or not.
