First of all I would say that you should remember that earning a handsome income is dependent more on your own caliber and capacity to perform rather than the program you choose.
However, there are several fields you can opt for after doing your B.Com, such as various certifications like CFA, CWA, CA, CS etc. If you are planning to go for a Masters degree you can opt for MBA, MFA, MFM, etc.
I would like to add here that if you plan for a degree program like MBA you should always go for a full time program from a decent University as MBA is useful only if the degree earned is a full time degree. Reason being full time MBA give

Firstly getting in a college to pursue Bachelors at the age of 45 would be carrying a blur chances, but then you should definitely try but in any institute, offering this course, the minimum requirement is a 12th pass with Physics, Chemistry and Bio as the main subjects because without having studied these subjects, you would not be eligible for the mentioned course.

If you are planning to do a full time MCA then the eligibility would be BCA from a recognized University.
