In order to pursue Phd, from universities in Canada, you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students

Yes, you do for more than 90% of the universities.
Apart from a 4 year degree, your require a minimum of 2 years work experience as well.

Hi,
You would be required to take the GMAT and TOEFL. However, the concern is, your degree is a 3 year degree whereas the requirement in US is a 4 year degree. If you want to pursue MBA, i would suggest looking for universities in UK or Australia.
