As you are planning to do M.Com through Distance Education there won't be any Entrance Examinations, the duration of M.Com program would be 2 years whether you do it through Distance education or through full time University. First of all there are not many institutes which will give you fast track undergraduate degree moreover; the institutes which provide such a degree are private autonomous Institutes which are not approved by UGC as UGC does not permit Institutes to run such fast track programs. So, I would suggest you to go for a full time bachelors degree and even if you plan a degree through distance education go for three year program which is UGC and DEC approved.
