Hi Sneha,
Few good colleges like IIMC, XIC, MICA etc. conduct their own entrance exam. The basic requirement for admission is good English both written and verbal, minimum qualification required is graduation from a recognized university. The entrance would consist of few objective type questions on GK, reading comprehension, grammar, etc. Most of the paper would consist of questions based on Media such as few news channels and their punch lines, so if possible just mug up the punch lines of few News channels and few big brands and also if possible go through their Brand ambassadors as well. Getting M.Sc in Nutrition and Dietetics through Distance mode is least of possibility as rarely any institute offers the same.
