Hi Ashik, as far as MS in electronics and communication is concerned, u can go for Germany as it is a FREE education. MOst of the universities are funded by the govt. A student is able to complete his masters in 6 - 7 lacs for 2 yrs. You are reqd to clear only the IELTS exam for the same with a minimum of 6.5 bands.

hi vikash, for bachelors there r 2 rounds i.e January and August. You can go for the Aug 2012 intake and for which the deadlines will start in November this year. You can take the SAT in June 11 and get a score of around 2000 to target decent schools.
