We have 3 campuses, IIMS (for PGDM), SBIIMS( For PGDM and MBA both), IIMHRD( for Womens pursuing MBA and PGDM). at IIMS we have PGDM regular ( with dual specialization) and PGDM RETAIL (Triple specialization). MBA at SBIIMS campus is affiliated to PUNE University. at all the campuses we have adopted a practical based study approach with corporate exposure which includes case study, presentation skills development , management games, out bound management training programs, industrial visits etc. we also bring experts from corporate world for guest lectures. we try to deliver world class education.
And Placements & salary Package here are quite good to enter the corporate world, We have more than 250+ companies visiting our campus for placements like., Reliance Capital, Mercedes Benz, Boss, 99acres , Mahindra, Pantaloons, etc. last yr. we had not less than 3.4K p.a. salary package, which is more this year. avg. placement package was 4.20K. Highest placement was 8 lakhs p.a.

Aeronautical engineering:
The sky is the limit for aeronautical engineers, in terms of job offers. Jobs are available with national, international, public and private airline services, aircraft-manufacturing units, defense services, and research and development organizations for aeronautical engineers. In Indian context, the defense service, particularly the Air Forces and Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) happen to be two major employment providers for aeronautical engineers. Moreover, aeronautical engineers can seek employment in organizations, like Hindustan Aeronautical Ltd. (HAL), Defense Research and Development Laboratories (DRDO), National Aeronautical Lab (NAL), and Aeronautical Development Establishment. Employment opportunities can also be explored in civil aviation sectors, where they can be absorbed by public sector airlines, like Indian Airlines and Air India. However, the most lucrative and gratifying jobs are available in private sector airlines, like Kingfisher, Jet Airways, etc. due to handsome pay packets.
Computer engineering:
Computers are becoming an important part of our lives. They are found everywhere, in car engines, watches, microwave ovens, telephones, video games, x-ray machines, ATM's etc. The rapid growth of Information Technology has made computer industry, one of the fastest growing segments. Because of it, there is a huge demand for Computer Engineering Professionals for the development of faster hardware components, new communication systems and software. Computer Engineering graduates with a high percentage of mark and good communication skills can be easily employed in reputed companies. The candidate should be well trained in the latest software's. Software and IT companies are the main employers of these graduates. Diploma holders in computer engineering can start their own business with very little investment. Opportunities also exist in European manufacturing industries like cabling, satellite television, cellular telephones, microprocessor system design and software engineering. In Australia and other foreign countries they might be employed in design, manufacturing, robotics and software development sectors.

A very good question. The difference are as follows:
1. Btech is a 4 year course and BSc a 3 year course
2. Btech in Food science deals with whats happening from a technical perspective within the food industry - Is more industry focused and more technology related
3. BSc is a more related to scientific procedure involved in food production/preservation - Its more research focused
4. Btech guys typically get a job of managing production, food technologist etc
5. BSc guys get a job in scientific areas such as toxicologist, research scientists, Analyst etc
6. Btech offers Food Technology and BSc offers Food Science

Ruchika, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up Programming and take a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with other MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUSTDIAL? Or if the company is registered with STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) - all good IT companies are registered with STPI. If a company spends money to market themselves to customers, only then they are able to get LIVE PROJECTS. Also, if you are an average programmer, and if you you're better with creative work, then you can head for web design or even vfx/ animation since there is a huge requirement coming up in that domain. There is also an intermediate path in games design and development. Wish you the best for your career. This year the placement of Business Administration was pretty good. Many of well known and famous organizations came to our campus for their recruitment and selected our students as part or their organization and also salaries was also that much good as a freshers. Many of famous organizations like berger paints, Asian paints, Axis Bank, Ujjivan finance , ICICI bank ( their icici prudential and also mutual funds ) visited our campus for the recruitment. And many of our students were succeed in their interviews and got placed in their dream company. The package for the placement is always depend on the performance of student in their interviews. The average package is about 4 lacs per annum to the studend which is much enough to the students they were freshers and these companies gave them much good amount of salaries.!
