The type of questions that can be asked totally depends on the interview panel. I would suggest you do a bit of research on the school or college you are planning to apply for. They can ask you questions like:
1. How much do you know about this schools improvement plan? What do you think you can contribute to that plan?
2. How would you describe your leadership style?
3. How do you empower teachers to be leaders?
4. What have classroom management strategies been most effective for you?
5. How do you know when a parent organisation is effective? These are some of the questions just to give you an idea. What answers you give totally depen

The list is huge and you'll have to decide which specific field of communication and journalism you want to go for. If you want to go for journalism then you can consider colleges like:-
St. Javier's, Mumbai
Christ College, Bangalore
IIMC, Delhi
SIMC, Pune
Manipal University, Karnataka
MICA, Ahmedabad
