No there is no such procedure where you can just give the maths paper additionally or separately. You will have to take admission in 11th again and do the PCB along with maths in order to do the maths. Better would be you go for some course based on PCB. These days we have many courses for medical students other than MBBS, BDS etc too. PCB students can go for B.Tech in biotech/ nanaotech/ food tech etc, BPT, B.Pharm, various specialized B.Sc.s. Other than this they can also go for BBA, BCA, BJMC, BHM, etc.

Smriti after doing B.Sc in Zoology or Genetics you can go for M.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, etc. Other than this you can also go for lateral entry in B.Tech biotech, if you are interested in genetic engineering.

Yes, you may surely pursue two degree course simultaneously. Provided you pursue:
1. One course through distance education and the other through full time mode.
2. Two different course from two different universities through distance education.
Please note that you cannot pursue two full time course simultaneously, and you cannot even pursue two different course through distance education from same university.

You cannot pursue 2 courses together from DU and School of Open Learning, be it regular or through distance.
I would suggest you to pursue a regular course from DU and the other course through correspondence from other institutes like IGNOU, SCDL etc.
It would be great if you let me know the course name so that I can guide you further.
